I am a Family & Wellbeing Consultant, Counselor, and Facilitator with 12+ years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families during periods of change, uncertainty, conflict, relocation, and major life transitions. I provide one-to-one consultations and design and facilitate workshops, psychoeducational programs, and online group formats focused on relationships, communication, emotional wellbeing, adaptation, decision-making, and practical coping skills. A significant part of my work is cross-cultural. I have supported international clients and couples from different cultural backgrounds and work in English, Spanish, French, Ukrainian, and Russian. Alongside my counseling background, I also bring previous management experience. This allows me to bring personal expertise in building life & business coaching strategies. My experience is particularly relevant to roles involving: • family and employee wellbeing • relocation and cross-cultural adaptation • one-to-one support and consultations • workshops and group facilitation • psychoeducation and skills-based programs • relationships and communication support • international and multicultural couples
