I am a counseling psychologist offering online sessions in Russian to clients living in Spain and other countries.
My main areas of focus are psychosomatics (the connection between emotions, stress, and physical reactions) and online transformational games in small groups of 4–5 people.
Common issues I address include: anxiety and stress following relocation, adjustment difficulties and loneliness, relationship conflicts, challenges with teenage children (I work with parents), coping with the illness or loss of a loved one while living abroad, and dealing with the "inner critic."
Education: St. Petersburg Institute of Continuing Professional Education for Psychologists and Psychotherapists (specializing in crisis states, loss, and addiction); training as a group therapist and game facilitator; psychosomatics; and a diploma in group therapy (Czech Republic). I participate in weekly supervision and peer supervision sessions.
The initial 30-minute consultation is free. A 60-minute session costs 40 euros. I also facilitate a "Life After Relocation" support group.
Psychological counseling is not a substitute for medical examination or treatment.
