1. Data controller
The data controller for Profio (Profio.expert) is the site owner.
2. Data we collect
We may process:
- name and contact details (phone, email, Telegram) you submit in listings or forms
- listing content, photos, categories and locations
- technical data: IP address, browser/device type, pages visited
- pseudonymous identifiers for first-party visit stats (localStorage) and, after consent, for third-party analytics
3. Purposes
We use data to:
- publish and manage listings
- enable contact between users and operate the service
- support, security and abuse prevention
- basic first-party visit statistics and Vercel Analytics (legitimate interest)
- third-party analytics and UX improvements (Microsoft Clarity, Google — only after cookie consent)
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on:
- your consent (forms, Clarity / Google cookies)
- contract / pre-contract steps (publishing a listing)
- legitimate interest (security, essential site operation, necessary first-party stats and Vercel Analytics)
5. Third parties
We do not sell personal data. Processors may include:
- Supabase — database and file hosting
- Vercel — application hosting
- Microsoft Clarity — heatmaps and session recordings (after consent)
- Sentry — error monitoring (technical events, not advertising)
- DeepL — listing text translation (when enabled)
We may also disclose data when required by law or to protect users' rights.
6. Retention
Data is kept:
- while a listing or account is active
- until deletion upon your request
- Clarity analytics — per Microsoft project settings
7. Your rights
You may:
- access your data
- rectify or erase data
- restrict processing or object
- withdraw consent (including via “Cookie settings” in the footer)
- lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (e.g. AEPD in Spain)

8. Cookies & local storage
The site uses:
- essential cookies and localStorage — language, owner session, basic first-party visit stats
- Vercel Analytics — visit counts (without Clarity / Google marketing cookies)
- third-party analytics (Microsoft Clarity, Google) — only after you click “Accept”

9. Microsoft Clarity
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand site interaction through heatmaps, behavioral metrics and session replays.
Clarity masks sensitive fields (phone, email, passwords) in the browser before upload. We also mark contact forms with data-clarity-mask.
Clarity cookies and full session recordings are enabled only after consent. Ad sharing with Microsoft Advertising is disabled (ad_storage — denied).

10. Security
We apply reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
