Yoga Massage from an experienced female yoga practitioner: No prior yoga experience is required. You must be able to lie down on the floor and get back up unassisted. The session takes place on the floor, on a tatami mat and a yoga mat; a soft 6 cm padding layer can be added for extra comfort. Please wear clean, comfortable clothing that does not restrict movement. The massage focuses on ensuring a pain-free experience during treatment; the *way* it is performed is more important than the specific actions taken. The goal is deep relaxation and harmonizing the body's state in the present moment. A wide range of techniques and approaches is used, spanning from completely passive methods (incorporating elements of Thai and visceral massage) to yoga exercises accompanied by massage, as well as elements of Nyasa Yoga for experienced practitioners. Marma Massage: Knowledge of *marmas* is part of Ayurveda. This massage involves stimulating the body's energy points (*marmas*) and connecting their effects along corresponding energy lines to mobilize the body's own vital forces. It is accompanied by a light massage of major muscle groups. Please note that this massage does not specifically include relaxation techniques; stimulation of the points can be noticeably painful, especially during the initial sessions.
