Anastasiya

Hi! I’m Nastia, a career coach currently training under ICF standards. I help people who feel stuck in their careers and want a change but don’t know where to start. I have 15 years of experience in IT and marketing, including over 10 years of remote work and freelancing. I’ve worked with international clients and developed my own projects, and I am currently navigating my own professional transformation journey. Here are some of the issues I can help you with: • I don’t know what I want from my career or where to go next. • I want to change professions but am afraid to start from scratch. • I feel professionally stagnant or have lost my motivation. • I’m a freelancer looking to grow but lack clarity and confidence. • I constantly put off important decisions and actions. • I want to better understand my strengths, values, and goals. How do the coaching sessions work? We work via individual online sessions lasting 50–55 minutes. I don’t give ready-made advice or make decisions for you. Instead, through questions and coaching tools, I help you see new opportunities, find your own answers, and define concrete next steps. 💻 Format: Online, from anywhere in the world. 💶 Session cost: €20. If you feel it’s time for a change but aren’t sure how to go about it, I invite you to a coaching session. I’d be happy to help you find your next step!
